One of the worst IT companies to work for in India.
Its a very small company with not more than 5-10 people working for it.
The Management sucks big time, they are making huge profits but not even spending 10% of that profit to improve or expand the company.
The company started in 1989, just around or few years after infosys started but Aisoft is still at the same place and infosys has reached where we all know.
The computer, furniture office is all outdated and not meant for software professional at all. The standards are so so low, that you have to check them for yourself.
Salary they pay is way too less and if you are a fresher than they want pay you salary for first 6 months. They exploit people to the maximum.
Management of the company is very rude. Managing Director(Mr.M.Jayaraman) of the company is one of the rudest person i have ever come across in my life and after him the rudest person is HR Manager Ms. Martin Thangamani.
They deduct PF from your salary but they don't give you any PF, they deduct more professional tax than set by government.
They don't even give ID card to employee so that they can save some 100 rupee on it. They want give you any salary slip also. Salary is given by bank check and not before 15th of each month and if you don't ask for salary they want bother to give it.
The technologies they work on are all outdated. The computer are way too old and slow, so they are not meant for new technology as they require faster processor and more RAM and Management is not very keen on buying new computers.
All the Software used in Company are pirated and computers are assembled.
but some how they still find hard working professional to work for them for peanuts, abundance of labor in India.
